Lee Eglinton
CEO

Lee is excited to join the Pingar team. Lee’s experience includes strategy and business transformation, sales performance and sales management. Lee is familiar with the challenge of applying technology to business and market challenges. She has a particular focus on organizational Strategy and Culture. With a drive to building high performance teams and delivering Customer outcomes.

Lee has a broad range of experience across the technology, consumer electronics and telecommunications sectors.

Lee is currently a non-Executive Director of Solution Dynamics Ltd and HealthOne software. Lee is a small business owner in the Health and Housing sector. Lee has a passion for helping individuals and NZ businesses realise their potential through mentoring  either directly or via Business Mentors.

Rajesh Menon
Vice President Sales

Rajesh heads up sales and operations for Pingar, with a focus on  clients in India and South East Asia. Rajesh has over 20 years of experience in the technology industry in business development, strategy, and general management across the USA, Europe, Asia and Africa.

Before joining Pingar Rajesh was a director of an IT software solutions company overseeing the deliver of tech projects including CRM, ecommerce and analytics products to large multinationals.

Rajesh holds a Masters in Computer Applications and a Masters in Business Administration.

Mike Riley
Executive Chair

Mike is a seasoned Executive whose natural curiosity, thought leadership, and infectious optimism combine into a formidable talent for guiding teams to deliver actionable strategies, unexpected partnerships and dynamic collaborations.

Mike is a Managing Partner at Prior Cress; past roles include CEO of Compac Sorting Equipment, CEO of Endace  and CMO of Boston-based Network Engines. He is the Executive Chairman for Pingar, the Deputy Chair for ExportNZ, and has frequently participated in the judging for the New Zealand High Tech Awards, Export Awards and Amcham awards.

Dr Pascal Steger
Data Scientist

Pascal’s background is in data analysis and statistical modelling of big cosmological simulation data.

After finishing his doctorate he expanded his data science knowledge to transform insights into actionable guidelines, and to enable interaction with users via web technologies.

Martin Evans
Product Engineering Manager

Martin is a highly experienced Engineering and Software Development Manager with proven ability to build, lead and manage teams in a variety of NZ and international companies.

For the last 20 years, his roles have focused on improving the effectiveness, size, capability and discipline of engineering teams, especially those going through changes brought on by growth, acquisition, or rationalization. That includes how teams interact with customers, other parts of the company, and partners.

Martin is now keen to use that knowledge and experience to help more NZ companies – Pingar -  grow and reach their potential, focusing on effective, pragmatic advice and solutions, based on understanding the specific needs of the company, it’s leadership and staff.

Dougal Watt
Executive Technology Advisor

Dougal is a global expert in Data, Ontology and Semantics, and a former Chief Technologist of IBM NZ, with deep international technology experience. Dougal has invented multiple software patents and has an extensive career, consulting to some of the world's largest and most complex companies and organisations.

Dougal holds a Masters degree in Psychology and Bachelor degrees in Psychology and Chemistry, and is certified as a TOGAF Distinguished Chief Architect.
