For the past two months, the Marketing and Development teams at Pingar have been reviewing our corporate website.
As the company continues to grow, it was becoming obvious that behind the scenes we needed to scale out the architecture so that different content owners could manage their own areas of site content more easily.
We also wanted to merge our public and our developer portals into a single site. So whilst many of our site visitors tucked into turkey over the holiday season, our teams worked around the clock to ensure we could deliver the new website in time for the New Year. They have delivered.
The new architecture will enable us to add additional functionality seamlessly. The new blogs, forums and resource centres provide greater opportunity for users to engage directly with Pingar’s research and development teams.
Over the coming weeks, we will be adding more training videos and case studies to the site so that visitors can learn more about how our partners & their customers are deploying Pingar’s API technology.
2012 promises to be a very exciting year and one in which Pingar will be launching a number of powerful new tools designed to help enterprises manage their unstructured data. Taxonomies will become sexy. Metadata will become cool. Regular updates to the new website will describe how.
I would love to get your feedback on the new site. Please feel free to contact me directly. I look forward to hearing from you.
